Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Tour 2025

This opportunity to train with ODP is free. However, we appreciate your transparency in availability so we can better plan our training sessions.

Missouri ODP 25/26 Cycle

No refunds for the registration fee will be issued unless related to an injury and accompanied by a doctor’s note before the November tryout weekend. Refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Event fees and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.

MO ODP Summer Camp

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the event, subject to a $25 administrative fee.
