Unlocking the ODP Mindset
Unlocking the ODP Mindset is an exclusive program designed specifically for Missouri ODP players to help them tap into the often-overlooked mental side of the game. At Missouri ODP, we understand that mental skills are just as important as physical skills when it comes to excelling on and off the field. This program is a key part of the value we provide to our players, helping you take your game to the next level.
Through this program, athletes will explore and reflect on critical topics such as confidence, motivation, resilience, goal setting, and much more.
This program is launched in January when the ODP Cycle begins. During the Fall, we will offer a series of webinars so that ODP families can get a taste of what to expect in the Spring. Come join us by registering below!
Disclaimer: The content of this program is exclusive to Missouri ODP players and is a part of the value offered through our program. Sharing or distributing this information outside of Missouri ODP is strictly prohibited.
